"Cool building to walk past. The architecture feels like half Santa Fe and half New Orleans, if that makes sense. It just houses government offices and an information center, so it's not exactly a tourist trap. It's in the midst of many other great sights, so you'll probably see it briefly and think "huh, that's neat" and move on."
