"We had a fantastic experience with Precision Homes! We are currently in the process of moving into our new home now. From the start of the process, Amber C. was great! We spent a couple of years just "looking" at the floor plans and touring the model home. Amber never rushed us, she was always friendly and helpful, happy to answer our questions. The entire process felt seamless once we signed, as Ashley P. handled pretty much everything behind the scenes. Ashley was always aware of the schedule, house progress and literally everything we needed, she provided! I knew I could trust her to have accurate information and help us as much as possible. Josh P., our Superintendent, was very responsive and kept us informed during each phase of building. Our home was even completed ahead of schedule, thanks to Josh's guidance and expertise throughout the construction process. He has even been in touch with us since closing, just checking in. Overall, we are very pleased that we chose Precision Homes. We know that our home was built well, with quality products, and we are so happy we finally did it!"

"Working with Precison was quite the experience from start to finish. Through the build, Larry was fantastic to work with. He addressed all issues, explained everything along the way, and went out of his way for us several times. We talked almost every day, which is comforting to know he was watching every detail and wanted us to know everything that was happening. He kept us very involved. Even after we finished, he kept up with us to make sure we were happy with everything. Amber was a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond for us on several occasions. Her patients and knowledge did not go unnoticed. The fact that she wasn't our original sales rep but took care of us along the way with compassion says a lot about her. We did have some warranty issues, but that usually comes with most new builds. Nothing that was Precision's fault, just thing that arose along the way. Jill, Shane, Lacy and everyone in between made warranty work easier. All the issues were fixed, and we are very pleased with how they resolved. Precision as a whole is a wonderful company. We enjoyed working with them, and we love our new build. There wasn't one person who didn't put us on the back burner. Even if our reps were with another client, someone was always willing to help. The customer service they hold is remarkable."

"We recently finished our home with Precision and let me say how incredible the experience was! We were extremely nervous about building but Amber Cerrera made us feel comfortable from the very start. She helped us navigate how to get started and answered all of our questions. She helped us pick the perfect floor plan and helped us customize it to fit our needs all while providing great recommendations for our home that had not even crossed our minds. She was easily accessible by text or email which made communication so much easier! Moreover, I cannot say enough great things about our superintendent, Dayton! He was helpful, personable, communicative and knowledgeable throughout the process. We didn't just feel like another customer on his to do list. He ensured our build was top notch and he did not accept anything less than superior work! I always knew that he had my back if there were issues. He kept the build moving and far exceeded our expectations for the time-line from start to completion. The quality of our build is excellent and I'm glad to be in my new home! Moreover, since completion of our build, he has stayed in touch and helped with some minor issues (none of which were their fault) after move-in! "We had a wonderful experience working with precision. From the contract execution and design with Amber, to coordinating finance and all the behind the scenes paperwork/surveys/closing etc with Ashley, then on to construction with Larry it was pretty seamless! Amber was a great help in choosing the perfect floor plan for us, it felt like we’ve known her for a long time and she knew what was important to us and helped us achieve that. Amber was very responsive any time we had questions as well! Ashley stayed on top of all the endless amounts of paperwork and behind the scenes things that are necessary to build a home and made sure things could move along as fast as possible for us. Finally, when we got to construction Larry was wonderful to work with. He really knows what he is talking about and stayed on top of everything from day one. Larry always kept us updated on what was going on and when. Larry got on top of issues that were brought to his attention immediately and took our (very minor) concerns seriously and had no problem addressing the issue at hand. Even after we closed and moved in, when we had a couple small issues that needed to be addressed Larry got right on top of it and I received phone calls to set up appointments for the issues literally the same day. And after this Larry continued communication with me and followed up to make sure the issues had been taken care of! You don’t come by someone who cares that much these days and working with Larry has been a joy because of his eye for detail and caring nature. From start to finish Precision was great to work with and built us a beautiful, quality home. We would absolutely recommend them and will use them if we ever build again."
