"I had rated this business with 1 star previously. I don’t regret it as this matter is of high priority. I am editing my review because I cannot leave a business without an update or not commend when it comes to a high priority. I spoke with Rachel and explained the importance of regardless of the fact that the stone wasn’t there, we’d had been waiting this long, the most important thing is that my fathers headstone be ready for his second anniversary. Rachel understood and said she and her family will make that happen, they proved by an example, While the headstone had arrived but it was taking longer than expected for it to be dropped off to their office, Mr. Bryson went himself to pick it up, and I thank him for that. The sketching of the stone took some time as my mother can be a very picky person… but they did have the patience, so, today is the day, prior to my dad’s anniversary and they have kept their word, my fathers headstone will be placed today. It is only fair, I update my review and I thank you for keeping your word."

"The owner, Leslie is the rudest most unprofessional person I’ve ever met, he basically stole my grandparents granite stone they planted on have at their grave. We’ve asked for it back multiple times he flat out told us to go F$&@ ourselves"

"This establishment has been an experience that is unimaginable. I have been given every excuse in the book of why my parents tombstone is not being delivered after 2 yrs. From Covid, to every employee being sick, Special order from india which I was never told that before. Now that our Tombstone has been delivered from Waco to Houston a truck is now excuse that is waiting for approval for pickup. I've had patience than expected. Especially whe I was promised callbacks which have been only been contacted once or twice and one was the owner. Lord how do these people stay in business, much live with themselves. Payment was made in full. I'm just asking for our product they promised. Anyone else going through this?"

"Very sad to say, this establishment has the most horrible customer service. My sister‘s headstone was promised to be placed five months ago. It was just placed this last Friday and is still missing her picture. Now being told today, October 12, 2021 that they are running behind when we were promised her picture would be placed and the headstone five months ago. I have called many times and asked for management to give me a returned call as of today still no one has returned my call. Needless to say they are quick to take your money but once they get your money, they no longer care to deal with you."
