"Went to their store to find them closing before their stated hours. The guy leaving tried to send me to another store in Saginaw, saying it would be open. That store doesn't carry the same supplies so it was a complete waste of time. Lesson learned. Ordered my supplies elsewhere and saved money in the process."

"Find that their overall system and purchasing to be very counter productive. Have ordered things online and have to wait DAYS to pick up and they are a mile from my house. They have a sale for online that is small letters under 1 product and that is what tells you it is a online sale. SEEMS like that is IMPORTANT information the consumer needs to known and should be in big letters somewhere. Then when I order it, have to wait 4 days to pick up when it is at the store I am at. I could carry it out today.... BUT NNNnnnooooo, have to wait. The people in the store have no clue what kind of sale it is. Normally don't buy from them because they are the highest priced place around but every once ion a while they have a sale that will beat others normal prices by a few dollars or is equal to others normal everyday price. Other than that buy on a need to basis because of location. But they are low on my list to check prices on. Terrible company in my opinion and really don't see how they survive."
