"Worst experience I have ever had. I purchased my revolver on 2/3/24 and received it on 2/9/24. This brand new revolver came with a lot of scratches all over the frame along with surface rust which appears to have been attempted to be SCRUBBED off leaving a lot of scrapes and scratches. When I called customer service they would not do anything, offer any concessions or otherwise. They instead pointed me to S&W warranty. I had to immediately ship to S&W and now waiting to get my revolver back from SAW. I would NEVER purchase a screw from these guys ever again. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. Updated PICS. This is supposed to be a brand NEW purchase…."

"This company is breaking the law. Legally, they can send the magazines I purchased to my FFL dealer in my state that currently has a high capacity regulation. They refuse to send the magazines, won't provide any reimbursement, and I have now been on hold with their customer service for over an hour. I paid for a product and they are willingly keeping that product. I have used them in the past with no issue but now they are blatantly stealing from customers, breaking the law, and just referring back that is "company policy"."

"Great price, customer service reps are very nice if you don't mind waiting over 30 min to get someone and almost 2 weeks for delivery. With most retailers getting stuff pretty quickly, I think "business days" and over a week to get my product AFTER shipping is too long in 2024. IMHO."

"Used FFL service to receive a product. They were busy but worked through the line in a reasonable amount of time. Electronic paper work was smooth and fast. Service was friendly and helpful. Fee was reasonable and will use them again in the future."

"My experience with GAG has been extremely frustrating and difficult. I purchased my firearm online and received my confirmation email , a few days after they emailed stating they were unable to ship the firearm due to a magazine restriction . The GAG website site had no indication that a magazine restriction would be an issue during purchase , the store receiving the firearm from GAG has a certified gun smith that is able to pin the magazine to make it compliant with my state . Even the CEO of the company that would be receiving the firearm confirmed they have worked with GAG before and they are able to make the adjustment. GAG is still refusing the ship the firearm and are forcing me to choose between either shipping without the magazine, (with no partial refund for the missing piece) . Or cancel my order and pay a 15% restocking fee. It’s a lose-lose situation without a response as to why they are unable to compromise. They don’t even offer to purchase the firearm without the magazine at a discounted price so ultimately you’re being scammed no matter what . Also, Good luck trying to reach someone on the phone , it took me multiple calls and 40+ minutes on hold to talk to someone."
