"This agency is probably similar to other Insurance groups which sound great until you sign up. I found a flyer in my mailbox with a picture of my home and a quote. Of course, I have been paying much more than the quote, so I am sorry I switched from State Farm - which may have been higher, but they do pay claims. When I signed with Allstate, my roof had been replaced well within the Allstate requirement by several years. As it happened, there was a hail storm one month after I switched to Allstate, but Allstate sent a young adjuster from a distant state that didn’t recognize hail damage, so Allstate would not pay the claim. I KNOW State Farm would have because they paid EVERYTHING for a claim that was almost 2 years old because I was unaware of the damage until a neighbor saw it from his roof top. I have now lost my loyalty status with State Farm, but I will be looking to switch back. The Morales Agency has very helpful and personable agents, but I was surprised that they were in San Antonio. The flyer made me think they were in El Paso because it gave a local address. However, during Covid, all offices were closed, so I signed up with the Agency thinking they were in El Paso. I prefer a local Agency."

"I would not recommend this office to anyone try a different agent. I purchased homeowners insurance for my 85 year old grandfathers property in San Antonio, and was later charged with a 264$ fee for not bundling auto insurance. My grandfather has had limited vision due to his glaucoma and never intended to add auto. I called and was told not to worry about this. Come to find out his insurance was dropped due to non payment and sent to collections. I am back and forth with this office, paid a adjusted amount and still get a collection noticed. The house is 100% paid off and needed insurance however the price wasn’t transparent. We were looking for a homeowners insurance we can pay upfront and yearly."

"Convinced to move my housing insurance and bundled it with my car and motorcycle and they would not even help with my roof damage. Every time there is a wind storm, I will forever patch an area on my roof with only my deductible ( out of my pocket). I guess I will be in debt patching my roof instead of being helped to replace the roof instead. Thank you state. I will remove my whole account from cruel and unreasonable thieves!!!!!! Denying my claims so I constantly fix patches until I eventually patched the whole roof!!!! Not to mention the other flaps that are loose and windstorm for the next week. Oh water damage is under that section."
