"I see a lot of good reviews for this agent. Help me to understand how this agent can over charge senior citizens. How is a senior citizen, 65 years of age, driving a 2018 mid-size sedan, on a fixed income, don't work, only go to the grocery store and church, car parked in the garage at a house, was being charged $365.00 a month for car insurance. Oh yea, they were on a bundle insurance plan, which included the house and car. Not going to mention what they were being charged for the home insurance. They where loyal customers with this guy for decades and he took advantage. When I made them switch to another company, he had the nerve to send a letter saying he can get their monthly price down to what the new company was charging. Why couldn't this be done prior to the switch. PATHETIC AND LOW! Seniors, steer clear of this place, unless you want to be taken advantage of. The only reason I gave a star is because I couldn't post my review without doing so."
