"After an amputation procedure my mom was transferred to the facility. Since day one everyone was very nice and accommodating. My mom struggled with good and bad days and no matter what the situation was the staff was always there to tend to my mother. Dolly Johnson was one of the staff members that went far and beyond to always be there for my mother for when she was having bad days. I wish we could clone her many times. My mother gets to leave on Sunday to go to an assisted living group home but I will never forget the great care my mother got from the staff especially the care from Dolly.... So if you are wanting a great place for your loved ones to be taken cared of....then look no further than Heritage House of Keller.....and don't forget to ask for Dolly....."

"My Dad was at Heritage House for just over a year. No place is perfect in anyone’s eyes but there are those people that make the experience so much better and easier to handle. He went into rehab initially and about 2 weeks in, he was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. He was then moved to a permanent room on one of their skilled nursing hallways. There are those people that just stand out and you know they are there because they want to be and they are meant to work with elderly patients. Dolly is one of these people. She was the most amazing, caring, thoughtful and patient nurse I have ever met. She was like an Angel for my Dad and my family. I have never met anyone like her. They way she cares for her patients is above and beyond. Melonie was also very special, as she was my Dad’s nurse from day one. She was very caring and always followed -up if I had any concerns or questions. It is also so nice to be greeted and that someone cares as soon as you enter a place. Joann was always so sweet, helpful and cares about the residents and their families. These are some of the amazing people that made the past year of dealing with a parent with Alzheimer’s so much easier."

"First I want to say I am in no way affiliated with this place at all. But if you're looking for somewhere for your loved one this is one of the best places out there. Miss Dolly was such a blessing to my mom while she was there. Miss Alex who runs the places is so sweet and you see her out and about all the time. My mom didn't complain much about the food, it was pretty good. She had a private room and they have so many activities that they can take part in. Bingo, church, movies, they had the best Halloween party when we were there. I was up there every day seeing my mother and never once did I see anything that made me feel like I made mistake putting her there. It's probably one of the nicer nursing homes and rehab facilities around. Thank you Heritage house of Keller for all you did for my mother. This is definitely the place to send your loved ones."
