"Please do not go to this doctor. The very important is that please do not give them your deposit money because it will turn into the big fight if you ever want it back. The billing lady will definitely scam you with extra billing and try to trick you so please be careful and be aware of anything. Please be smart. These people are very unprofessional and very rude. "UNPROFESSIONAL: PAINFUL unpleasant filling experience: Felt like dentist put weight of entire body into digging into my gums while forcefully pulling my lip down w/ mirror. When I said she’s really hurting me, she responded I’d been fighting against her for awhile. Yet, I wasn’t consciously doing any fighting, rather can only loosen so much w/ big wedge propping my mouth open. It’s Concerning she perceived me as consciously resisting her & responded w/ aggressive painful force on my mouth rather than simply communicating at a volume I can hear & demonstrate degree of slack she’s seeking by gently tugging on my lip to loosen… She SINGS LOUDLY with radio during procedures ; I felt like I was at karaoke… yet when it comes to actually speaking to patients, she’s either nonverbal or mumbling inaudible can’t understand what she’s saying or asking most times. VERY RUDE too.. both visits she silently walked away when finished my procedures without saying anything to me…didn’t say “thanks”, “see you next time” … just walks away without speaking one (1) word…"

"I had a dental emergency with a my front tooth being broken the day before my cleaning. I called ahead and they were completely booked. When my hygienist came an heard my story, he was able to send the doctor a message to do a quick exam. They were able to clean my teeth and fix my broken tooth problem. Thank you and your entire staff for handling my smile with care."
