"Very high quality buildings at a comparable price range. If you're looking to get a cabin for your land, I definitely recommend checking them out first. Some homes can be a bit on the high price, but there is definitely some room for bargains if you know where to look. If anyone has been looking at double wides, I highly recommend you come check these guys out before making a final decision. Their quality and process will completely change your perspective. Me and my mother spoke with Weston Ulrich, and took a tour of many of the homes. He even gave us safety glasses and gave us a tour of the factory, getting to see the cabins being built directly as it was being done. It felt very personal and he was very hands on with the entire process, making sure any questions we had were answered. He's very educated on his construction. These guys will allow you to customize the homes in just about any and every way you possibly can. They even mentioned selling the cabins as a shell if that was wanted, so it allows you a very high level of personalization to meet anyone's individual needs. Their service was outstanding, and the environment they have created was very welcoming. Their turnaround for building homes seemed to be very fast compared to the rest of the industry. I wish these guys the best, and hope to use them for a cabin purchase in the future."

"I had a 12X16 THE HERITAGE delivered and set up on my property. It is well constructed. The delivery was on time as scheduled, two gentlemen came out, off loaded, positioned in the spot I wanted to place it, set it up, secured it. Very professionally done. Price was also very reasonable and monthly payments were where I needed them to be. The personnel from the time I arrived at the lot and through the purchasing process were very friendly, gave me all options, and completed the sale in a very satisfactory and expedient manner.
