"We started the process of working with The Hayhurst Brothers and co in March of 2023. The build started in May of 2023 and it took about 5 months for the home to be built. We absolutely love our tiny home and the land it sits on, we had one of the "Simple Life Series" homes built. The home is 1024 sq. ft. and the way the home is designed and built, it doesn't feel small in the least bit. Shortly after moving in, we started to notice minor issues with caulking & drywall. Hayhurst sent out one of the managers and he, Roy Bantham, took the time to go over each of our concerns and really put us at ease with the concerns we had. They have a great builders warranty and will be taking care of the concerns we have. All in all, we couldn't be happier with the decision we made to go with a Hayhurst home. Also, their response to our concerns is just another reason we are happy with the decision we made. Professionalism all around from Hayhurst and co! Thank you again for all of your support!"

"We contracted with the Hayhurst Brothers to build a new rent house for us. We had purchased the lot and then had them build this gorgeous new home on it. We were able to choose from an existing floor plan of theirs and then made minor modifications to the inside layout and for the addition of a carport.
