"The place is falling apart with roof leaks as the ceiling tiles are yellow. Safety issues on the floor as the tiles are broken. They fine citizens so much- they don’t fix? The staff that work the process are rude. Kindness is free and makes a difference. Have some professionalism and pride in your work. They intentionally make the process harder for citizens to pay a simple fine. Cash vs electronic payment. The judge was the only kind man in the establishment. Ironic. The judge had established an amount and because I did not have cash. They wanted to charge $250 more. I hope this comment is read and taken to heart to talk to staff about treating people with compassionate and professionalism. They were very rude belittling people."

"Mercedes City Hall is doing maintaince on 4-26-21 which you would assume its a good thing but in reality the dirt from the curb is just being place almost in middle of road. You would assume if the worker would check if the machine he is driving is working properly. Totally mess up...leadership in Mercedes has not change. Supervisor lack of leadership in knowing what is happening with his workers. Besides this is nothing NEW....IT HAPPENS ALL TIME. 4-29-23....called Cops to patrol Turkey Trot Ave.......called them again after 40 min....nobody pass....No patrol"

"Upon some of the most unprofessional people I have met. And forget about calling anything for the city, because it's like no one works there. I have called many departments in the middle of the day, doesn't matter what time it is all you hear is voicemail after voicemail. Complete disregard for it's own citizens. At no point have I received care, it definitely feels like bully picking on the small guy. And we the citizens are the "small guy". And forget about getting some manners, most of the time when you have a difficult situation, they don't bother to keep their laughter to themselves. To them I guess it's funny to have taxpayers going through tough times. No shame."

"Their is a dead mauled cat on my staircase up to my apartment, when my apartment complex called animal control to get rid of it animal control did nothing! It is already almost noon and after I called animal control again they informed me they will not pick it up until after 1 which is ridiculous since I informed my apartment complex about the dead cat at 6am! This is ridiculous I honestly don't see where my tax dollars are going."
