"We had no experience with the sport of Ninja other than watching the show. As we decided to explore the idea of buying a set for our children, Justin was amazing. He is truly a professional as it relates to the sport and also as a business owner. It was a very detailed process and we customized a playland for our back yard. "Hello World Ninja Sport, My review is long overdue based on the outstanding customer service and superb product we received from your company. I had a handful of great conversations with Justin as we were picking out a rig to fit my young family. We live in MN and after reviewing what it would cost to ship we went with a Babylon Pro Plus Rig. We also added a battering ram, Ninja Mats and pads for Floating steps we build ourselves. First off, the quality of how Justin and Team packed and shipped this rig was amazing. I knew from unloading the rig it was going to be solid for YEARS to come. He also supplied an incredibly detailed video of how he installs the rigs since me and a crew of two buddies did our own installation. We only had a couple months on it prior to a deep freeze but so far so good. My kids love it and are getting better. I’ve got a ways to go to keep up with them but I’ll enjoy trying.
