"Thought I needed tires they let me know tires were still good and just had a screw in the back tire causing a slow leak. They fixed the leak. Long story short they are very honest fixed my leaK in quick time and were very helpful. So if you need tires or anything I'd tecumseh going here I will definitely go back"

"I got a flat tire on my zero turn mower and not one of the three mower shops I stopped at or Farm & Fleet, could put a tube in the tire the same day. Two of them said it would be some time next week at the earliest. I stopped here and got it fixed in less than an hour and the price was very reasonable. The lady at the front desk was incredibly nice and the guys in the shop were great as well. I would highly recommend this shop. I will be using them from now on for all of my tire needs, including my cars and trucks. They were a great find."

"4 years ago a coworker (who's brother used to be a local mechanic and told her West Side was the best place to take her car) referred me to West Side Tire for my needed car repairs. Another coworker said they also went to there because they were honest and did good work. Having an older car I didn't know at the time the many needs my car was about to have and I have not only never regretted going there, but feel blessed to have found them. They have been honest, accommodating, kind, understanding, and have done great work on not only my car but my family's vehicles. Recently they went above and beyond to quickly get my daughter's car back in safe condition with new tires in less time and for less cost than she had anticipated. Now she will be able to drive her son, my grandson, to Indianapolis to leave for Marine boot-camp, something she didn't think she was going to be able to do. "Improper balanced tire. Work with tires as part of my job. All they did was throw weights on the tire. Didn't even use a machine. Honestly I wouldn't even go back to get it rebalanced due to crappy customer service. Steer away from here if you can. They actually fought over the phone about this issue instead of saying "hey come back in and we will make things right. Shows the level of service you get with this company. Coming from a technician, your better off elsewhere."
