"Terrible terrible terrible place to shop on line. Purchased so vinyl spray on 09/19/2022 and they said it was on back order and I should receive it in a few weeks. Months went by and never seen it. Called the store over 100 time and didn’t get anywhere. Emailed customer service and they replied back saying it’s on back order, emailed them back telling them to refund my account and they won’t respond. Truth being said, it’s not about the $100 they got over on me, it’s the point how they treat their customers. I really hope this review helps y’all not get screwed like some of us did"

"I ordered 2 wind gauges 2-1/2 years ago. They send 1 and the other was on back order. They were great initially when I emailed them for updates then altogether just stopped. I sent a handful of emails over a 6 month period and never got a response. Similar to other reviews they simply took my money and never supplied the products ordered then stopped communicating."

"I ordered And paid for a trolling motor last may and never received it and for a while they would update me when I asked and no for months they don’t return my emails. They basically stole my $1699.00 and quit responding to my emails! I need help I’m still willing to work with the company if I get my product but if it’s not coming at least give me my money?”! Update 8/22/23 I am still waiting for a refund and the company does not respond to emails or voice mails!!"

"Titan Marine has had my money since last June for a Minn Kota trolling motor I wished to purchase. I was told several times the order was delayed due to the electronic chip shortage. That was completely believable but around the 1st of the year they completely ghosted me. No returned e mails or phone calls. Do not deal with this company! No excuses, the motor or my money back. Looks like it will be a court case."

"Excellent Customer Service! I know their call volumes have been high at times when I tried to call them, but when I finally did, Brandon answered all my questions...highly knowledgeable. We got our simrad display a few days later than expected, but still got! So glad I was able to talk to someone and have them explain what was going on with backorders. Will definitely order from them again!"
