"I do not recommend this company at all. Jacket was ordered in October. We paid for my son’s letterman jacket in full back on November 11 2023. Today is January 5th 2024 and we barely got my son’s letterman today. AND the patches we paid for were not put on the jacket or included at all. So I called them and they said SAISD (our school district) has a rule that they can’t put the patches on the jacket. But we paid for that and nobody informed us of this. So now they are saying that the patches will be shipped to us at the end of the month and we have to find somebody to put them on or do it our self. Poor communication on their part. They should have communicated this with us beforehand. Clearly this is a known issue for a while if you look at the reviews. Yet, they have not made an effort to make any changes. I hope SAISD does not go with this company next year."

"I have had such a horrible experience with this company. I have been told this is the first year SAISD has used this company for their letterman’s and I truly hope it is the last time. We ordered my daughters letterman back in august arrived with the rest of her team. Now this is when it gets messed up, ordered patches that never arrived contacted Billy who stated patches were received but there was no address on file. Ok understandable, Billy offered to pick up her jacket from school and have the patches sewn on within 10 business days. This happened on Aug 24, fast forward a month and I still have not heard anything, messaged him with no response. Called him on Sept 22 at which point his story changed….he has never received the patches and will sew them on as soon as received. Had my daughters father call him and he assured him jacket would be ready by Oct 15. Today is oct 17th and no jacket, Billy has been contacted again and he states patches still not received. It has been 3 months since jacket and patches ordered and paid in full. My daughters cross country season is almost over, she made it to regionals and is the only one on her team without a jacket."

"Received letterman jacket 2 months later from expected delivery. No courtesy communication. Went to have patches put on jacket at another location, noticed the quality of patches we received were not so great. Patches are extremely small, stitching of patches are not clear of the image. When we ordered patches they were on black and white copy, unable to see color. However; thank you to billy for providing a resolution for us. He provided excellent customer service resolving my concerns as I understood the barriers he encountered as well. I understand during these times, the pandemic played a huge factor on delayed shipments of products. There are different options on size of patches, I was unaware of."

"Worst experience ever! If I could give zero stars I would. I dropped off a jacket over 2 months ago that was supposed to be ready in 2 weeks and I have yet to hear anything on the status. I've contacted Meca and got nothing but the run around as to when it would be ready. I've called repeatedly and left messages and cannot get anyone to call me back. I highly would not recommend this business for your child's letterman. They will disappoint and leave your child upset. I will definitely take my business else where if I ever get the jacket back."
