"Check your tire pressure when they're done. One of my front tires was inflated to 50 psi, it's supposed to be 33 psi. Had an appointment, was told it would be an hour and a half when I arrived, ended up being a 2 hour wait, I've never spent more than a half hour elsewhere for a complete tire change. Guess appointments really do not mean anything."
"Takes forever to get the tires you already paid for. I like Costco. But their auto supply chain is horrible. Can not trust an "arrival" estimate."
"I left my tire to be patched at the Costco Tire Center after one day, it wasn't done they told me some bogus answer that the tire was unrepairable. After taking to another tire center near by. My tire was patched up in a few hours. I was told it was just a nail, this left me wondering if the Costco employees even bothered to take a look at my tire."
