"I arrived at 10 AM and checked in for repairs, having called a day in advance to notify the shop of my arrival. Every hour, I was told they would take me in 20 minutes, then 30, but the mechanic was always absent or busy. After being asked to wait 'just a little longer' repeatedly, I've now been here for 6 hours and my truck still hasn't been taken into the shop. This experience has completely ruined my day. Had I been informed from the start that the repairs could not be completed today, I could have saved my time. The continual false promises and assurances that my truck would be seen to 'soon' have been incredibly unprofessional and demonstrate a lack of respect for customers and their time."
