"Nit only for the store but red wing in a whole,I have being a costumer for about 20years now. sad to say that I have bought my last pair of boots from them the quality on my $300 some dollars was just not good anymore. Needless to say they came with a warranty that kind of was a good thing because the stitching will always give out and I will send them out for no extra cost right? So now the last pair I bought Not only did the stitching went bad like always but the steel toe started to go bad that it bothered my foot that the next day I could barely walk,the souls glue gave out and were coming apart and the boots where not even 6 months old.i remember 5 plus years ago this same boots used to last me more then a year before something started to go bad.all I have to say that I'm moving on from them and good luck to those who are starting to buy boots here."

"Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I went in there to get the same services performed for my very expensive work boots that I always go to redwing for first they told me that they don’t do anything to fix up the leather on the boots only oil them and then when I asked for new laces they said they didn’t have mine and gave me laces thinner than what I wear on my tennis shoes for a leather work boot. Don’t waste your time going to the store if your boots are important to making your living"

"I went in earlier with my mom so she could choose her work boots and the 2 female employees were the kindest people and helped my mom out so much. Even though they were about to close they still took their time to help us out. Definitely will be going back!!"

"There's nothing like a great boot. I went with the intention of buying one pair and walked out with 4 pairs of boots. Can't beat at $65 a pair. I bought approximately $1300 worth of boots for $260. They were close out or discontinued, but it was worth the buy. Stop on by and get you a pair. I'm not sure if they will have more. It won't hurt to stop by."
