"every time I make a delivery it’s being 45 minutes before I get it. Food is great though. Recommending the J J Gargantuan on a lettuce wrap Update: it’s been over an hour and I didn’t get my food yet. I called the store and the guy was very rude saying it’s on the way"
"Today I stopped by to grab a sandwich and no welcome from any on the staff. This employee chick was at the table maybe on her lunch but no “hello” and the guy that took my order still no “hello” no smile on his face nothing. The only person that I felt comfortable interacting with was the guy that gave me my sandwich. I don’t wanna be harsh but this is unacceptable behavior and everyone needs a crash course on hospitality. Never again coming here unless some changes are happening."
"I ordered delivery through the app and received a call from the restaurant where I was told they did not have a driver at the moment because their drivers car was not working so they cancelled my order. I did not realize that if I ordered through Uber eats the driver would also be the one from the actual restaurant. I thought other Uber drivers would be making the delivery. But I get another call from the restaurant where I was told they use the same driver and they had to cancel my order . They told me I was supposed to be reimbursed in a few days. This happened November 8th and today November 13th I realized I still had the charge. I called Uber eats and was told the restaurant marked the order as completed not cancelled. I don’t like giving negative reviews but that was just rude of them."
"Surprisingly awesome. There are so many sandwich shops around I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and freshness of the cheeses and meats. The provolone alone made my Italian club pop. The freshest ham I've had lately and quality salami rounded it out nicely. I will be there regularly now."
"My go to jimmy johns location, definitely closest. Fast service as usual and professional staff. Just a suggestion to improve service to vegetarian customers, they don’t hesitate paying for the food but wish they get the same service as others!! Review Updated- Sep 2023"
