During my recent visit with my family, we encountered that thorny 18% service charge yet again, even though tables were scattered around without any restrictions, and we were not a grand VIP gathering by any means. The situation took an even more bewildering turn when I decided to express my reservations about the unjustifiable charge. To my surprise, instead of acknowledging the error, the owner chose to react with threats and expelled us from the establishment, demanding that we never return. What a way to treat customers who dare to share their perspective! While the ambiance of the place does have its charm, the scent of dishonesty permeates everything at Sandunga Bar. It appears they've forgotten the importance of honesty and transparency in their relationship with patrons. Instead of owning up to their mistakes and striving to enhance the customer experience, they dismiss any critique with hostility. For those contemplating a visit to Sandunga Bar, be prepared to encounter the unexpected maze of forced charges. If you do decide to venture in, keep your eyes wide open and brace yourself for a hostile reaction if you dare to question their tactics.
