"I pre-order my kid’s shirts and I received a message in 8/10/2023 letting me know that my order was ready for pick-up but I was out on vacation. I went by the next day I got back and I was told that they couldn’t find my order and then I was told that it would be easier for them to locate my order using my receipt which I provided to them and then I was told that it wasn’t enough information that they needed my ID which I provided with no hesitation. It’s been 3 weeks since I got the “ready for pick up” message and today I went by again and my order is yet to be found. I found it very rude that the employees kept smirking and laughing when their customers have issues with their orders. Another customer showed up and was greeted with “I’m sorry we’re closed” instead of a “good afternoon. We’ll be right with you.” No one is talking bad about your business but your actions are. I hope that they can get better organized and find a way to fulfill their customers needs. Best of luck Valley Sports!"

"This place is horrible, never never never again in my life will go again to this place, the only reason I ended up at this place was because my daughter's school picked this place for their school uniform shirts but I placed my order the 1st week of August they told me it would be 2 to 3 weeks for my order that they would call, well they never called when I called them they said they only had half of my order this was mid Nov, they said to pick up the rest of the shirts tin 2 days after that well they never called and when I went they said they were not gonna give me anything cause they had called me and I didn't picked up so they gave them to someone else... So at the end I payed almost 80 dollars for 3 shirts and they refused to give me the money for the rest of the shirts or the shirts..... They said "to do as I please" that schools will still do business with them even if they had bad reviews."

"This place is a joke horrible service if I give this place a Zero star I would.Took my son tshirt to have a school name print on it.After a week I got the 2 shirt and left 1 T-shirt to be printed and until now more than 3 months still not done this is crazy.Just 1 T-shirt that need to have print it’s still not done and it’s already paid off.I attached the receipt so you guys can see the date and how many months I’m been waiting and back and forth to get that tshirt. Horrible place so slow. Slower than a turtle."

"TERRIBLE SERVICE, POORLY ORGANIZED, UNDEPENDABLE! I came in and ordered (at different days) a certain amount of shirts and got my package. I trusted the person counting and did not have 8 out of my 40 or so shirts. I went back and asked about my missing 8 shirts and was told that I would not receive them. I had to order 8 more and came back about two weeks later. I was told that those 8 shirts were not documented ,because it was hand written, and the owner didn't remember the transaction. So I had to buy those 8 shirts, at a discount and buy other shirts at a higher cost. After 4 WEEKS I DID NOT RECEIVE MY SHORTS BECAUSE "THEY DID NOT GET TO IT." I let it go without a refund but my advisor attempted to get the shirts from them for those who bought the shirts from us. WE STILL HAVE NOT GOT THEM. THIS HAPPENED NEAR OCT. OF 2016! People have a responsibility to choose businesses that are respectable establishments that work to serve their customers. This business meets none of those standards."
