"Very friendly staff, because despite closing at 6:00 pm due to circumstances I could not arrive before closing time and they were very friendly waiting for me to give me my glasses, thank you."
"I had a very bad experience with the owner of this business today. When I received my glasses, I noticed that the cut of one of the lenses was very uneven and it was popping out of the frame. I was afraid that the Lena’s would pop off. I calmly explained to her that it looked very awkward, and it looked like the Mende wasn’t sitting right on the right side of the frame. (I swear it was so bad that it looked like bottle cap on the right side. Mind you, my vision is not even that bad for it to look so thick.) You could clearly see that the problem was simple that it was cut incorrectly And could have easily been fixed. Even though I was not being rude about it, she seemed extremely bothered because of a simple mistake that could’ve easily been corrected. She claimed she couldn’t see anything wrong with them. She offered to refund me and laughed it off. She was EXTREMELY unprofessional. All I wanted was for her to fix them for me. Never again will I invest in a pair of glasses or lenses with that woman. She did a horrible job and was extremely rude! I would never recommend this place to anyone!"
