"I will never buy a single bike from them again. I have been waiting for more than 8 months for a guarantee on a giant Trinity advance sl. A bike worth more than 5,500 dollars and they can't even answer my phone, that speaks very badly of their customer service. I am forced to take legal action if I do not see a response in the next few days. It is the second bike I have bought from them, the first was a Scott for 3000 dollars. I think they don't care about me as a customer."
