"Ordered an AR10 PDQ from them about a month ago. They sent the wrong one, so they shipped out a replacement, but it never arrived. When I tried to get a hold of them via email they never responded regardless of the multiple email addresses of theirs I used. The Guntology manager(?) was very professional and tried to remedy the situation by sending me an AR10 PDQ for free and even said he’d expedite the shipment. I noticed the tracker hadn’t updated at all even after multiple days. I tried calling them but I assumed they were closed, so I called Ronin (which they don’t even pick up half the time) seeing as how them and Guntology share the same commercial space. I explained the situation to an employee, and he said he’d reach out to one of his superiors while I was on the line, but he just hung up on me. When I attempted multiple times to call back, no one answered despite still being within hours of operation. Terrible overall CS - I have no idea how they have a 4.8 average on Google. The team with the exception of one guy seem to not really give af. Never buying from them again."
