"You need more help. Was in there yesterday for lunch and it wasn’t even close to packed and the only person waiting on tables and the bar was the bartender! Way too busy for ONE PERSON. Got charged for THREE sandwich specials and never ordered ONE. You need to step up your customer service if you want more that drinkers in there."
