"I hunted here twice 9/5/2021 and 9/8/2021. Brought a friend both times. Spent $1,000 on just the hunt. Never mind the license fees, hotel, gas, food, etc… Total birds killed…. 4. That’s an average of 1 bird each. 10 shells fired. Guides dropped us off and we never saw them again. No one ever asked us how we were doing. Nobody offered to move us to one of the other fields available. I just felt like they knew the birds weren’t there and they didn’t care to make any effort to help. I come to Texas every year just to dove hunt and I’ve paid a lot less and had a 100% better experience. I know the outfitters cannot control the birds but they didn’t even try to make things better. Save your money and look elsewhere."
