"I have taken my 30-year old Saab for many years to Petersen Automotive and could not be happier with the service and care the team has provided over the years. They truly understand cars and are invested in keeping my classic Saab well maintained and running without trying to add on services that are not needed. Their work is timely and Tyler and Ian do a great job communicating and expediting any necessary repairs. They are a little out of the way but definitely worth the drive!"

"I went to see these guys for a transmission service and a diagnosis for a vibration. I did not mind paying for diag. They did not charge me diag fee. I’m going to give 4 stars for the fact that it was a major issue for me (the vibration). That’s why I drove 50 mins to see a Saab specialist. They did my trans service but really didn’t investigate my vibration in any detail other than road test/visual inspection. I was expecting them to know my Saab better than a standard shop. Also my car is not perfect condition. There was no upsells or service recommendations on my car. I know of 2 issues on my car that should not have been missed from a Saab specialist."
"I don't have any sort of exotic car, but I came across these guys looking for a repair shop close to my work and I'm really glad I found them! My car is old and has a list of problems. After the diagnostic, Tyler has worked with me to identify the most critical repairs and plan them in a way that works with my schedule and wallet. I'm very happy with the work they do and the prices are fair in my experience. Everyone I've met at the shop has been friendly and approachable and NOT condescending (which is unfortunately rare.) I feel like my car is in good hands with these guys."
