"Heed the warnings of others and do not service you car at Jennings. In fact don't buy your car from Jennings. They will do anything to charge you out of pocket costs when your extended warranty should be coving it. Mark Rolla the director refused to fix my starter and transmission claiming until I replaced a battery (out of pocket cost) he would do nothing to fix my car that died in the middle of the road endangering peoples lives. Under his pressure I replaced the battery. They never even looked further at my car as promised after that. I had the car back for a day when the car died in the middle of the road again the exact same way. Again endangering the lives of so many. This time he replaced my starter. Mark still refuses to give me his superiors information and now I'm still having transmission problems."

"I had a recall on my Chevy Suburban for 5 years. I had always called to see when I could make an appointment but they always said that they didn't have the parts. For five whole years. Finally my airbag light came on so I made an appointment so they could see what was wrong. They wanted to charge me $130 just to check what the problem was. They ended up replacing an airbag. But my light did not turn off. So I searched up what to do and all I had to do was switch a fuse. It took me ten minutes in all. That's all they needed to do. How do they want to charge $130 for 10 minutes?"
