I was quoted $250 down town for a simple oil change on my Mercedes ML350 (from experience, I know an oil change is not that difficult to ever justify that cost)... nearly X 2.5 what they Sam and Oscar quoted. My car needed quite a few things done, both repairs and preventative maintenance, on almost all systems. Everything was done well and quickly and my car is running and driving like it was when new. The cost for everything is fair and Sam saved me quite a bit of money with his diagnosis. I'm very happy with the work and treatment I received and will be a long term customer. Good place. Update. Sam was able to fix a seized trunk lock/latch that is a major unfixable issue with my model Audi. This is due to lack of parts on Audi's side. I've been on Audi websites for two months trying to find a solution. Zero luck. Sam fixed it.
