"I've been coming to Silva for atleast 6 yrs now, probably more, and they've always been great with me and my son. Even when my insurance went out of network, I was still able to see them and they figured out the payments. Dr Latrero is a doll! She's so personable and sweet and always explains everything to me. She remembers small details. Brenda the hygenist, she's super sweet and nice and always gentle. The front desk girls have always been professional & courteous. I'll be bringing my 3 yr old daughter to this office very soon. Dr Latrero says i should bring her in and just let her get a feel for the office and go with the motions. Great office!"

"My 6 year old received a cap, by the next visit there was an infection because they didn't clean properly. Then Silva Dental told us they didn't do the work. Finally, they said "they found the record that they did the work and missed that they needed to pull 2 more teeth now". I usually don't leave reviews but this place is very unorganized, and obviously not that good at what they do."

"I have been a patient here since 2013 and they did good cleanings. They always told me my teeth were perfect. I had bitemarks done and they filed one of my premolars down too far causing the nerve to expose. They told me I needed a root canal, which I've never had before. I didn't want to have to pay for it because it was purely malpractice and was not my fault. I was in too much pain and ended up paying for the root canal back in February of 2019. A pain in the same tooth started up again (Oct 2022) which confused me. I can't eat anything because of how excruciating the pain is. I began feeling sick and had to leave work early to get it checked out. They took xrays and found out I have an infection. They told me they can't do anything about it and are referring me out to the endodontist. Do not go to this place, do not get root canals done here. They refer out patients left and right for others to pick up their mistakes and only do the minor things. I asked for doctors notes of what was done on my tooth and they told me I wasn't allowed to have those. I will be seeing this place in court."

"Absolutely Horrible I went in to get a cap on tooth. Dr. Silva drilled on 1st initial day order cap for tooth. Came back on 2nd occasion Dr. Silva drilled again continue to ask me why it was hurting. Continued to drill tooth broke under gums. I asked how did that happen. She refunded me my money she charged for cap. I told her I was very unhappy I called police. I then contacted idfpr. She is a horrible dentist."

"Took son to take care of cavities his fillings was chipped so instead of wanting to help they refereed me else where. In the same appointment they told me that they check the rest of the teeth and that they were fine. At the other dentist they found out that he had an infection and well I called to complain they said they never check the rest of the his teeth even though they told me they did. Due to void they don't allow parents to go with kids so how are we suppose to see what's being done at the other dentist I went I was allowed to go in and the actual dentist explained everything to me at silva they send untrained assistance only."
