"My Family has never had a very distasteful and discriminatory, whether intentional or not, experience in buying a car for my mother then what we experienced…. We had been interested in a specific make of this suv and unfortunately was also “interested” from another buyer so we asked the policy on if we could proceed and was basically was told “first come first serve” since basically nothing had been signed yet. Mid process into signing for the car, and after the sales representatives were going back and forth we were told no….. considering that consumers might not know the exact policies for each business, a man’s word should suffice but they did not in this case…not to mention this was on Valentine’s Day which is also her birthday…. Ended up getting the same model same day at another Mercedes location no hassle….."
