"WARNING ... DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!! I made the mistake to go to this dentist w/my family and I learned to regret the choice I made. Not only is his staff rude, vile and unprofessional but Dr. Sean Cullinan charges patient for services not rendered. I went to him last year for 5 minutes and he sent me away saying he can't do the work and needs to go to an oral surgeon and he couldn't help me. Keep in mind, I wasn't a new patient and all he wants is money. He sent me away but charged me. He truly doesn't care about his patients but the Almighty dollar and if you are considering to go here and take yourself or family member to this dentist...You've been warned!"

"Yesterday, I had a dental emergency and I couldn’t wait to get to my dentist (Gallery Park Dental.) Due to the winter weather, my dentist had to cancel on me. Now, I was in excruciating pain and Family Dental stepped up to the plate and told me to come in. Unfortunately, I am still in a lot of pain and I’m not sure we really got to the bottom of my issue, but I so appreciate Family Dental taking me in and trying to help me. I sure hope I feel better soon!!!"

"I am not certain why I was treated like I had a scarlet A on my chest. This morning, I was a new patient and by this afternoon I became a rejected patient. True, I know some doctors don't like to treat lawyers. I started at Johns Hopkins in Epidemiology when I was 68, graduated but didn't practice. I thought that would cancel out the lawyer's thing distrust. I didn't have $1300 which was the balance after insurance for a crown. It was 3 days before Christmas and I was tapped out. I asked if there were any payment arrangements available, and they said NO and rushed me out so fast that I almost fell out of the chair. Primarily because I couldn't perform an Olympics straddle sideways split kick to get over the chair handle. After spilling my purse, I guess they decided it would be quicker to take the 15 seconds to lower the chair. I asked to speak to Sean Cullinan. They said he was out of the Office but I could hear his voice speaking to a patient. This left me in pain, without a Doctor on Christmas Eve. After doing tow minutes of googleing I found Credit Care, was accepted, I applied, was accepted. Even more confusing was when Family Dental called to confirm my already scheduled appointment in January, I asked Why would I go through the new phase patient testing if they couldn’t perform services after. She quickly hung up.. in closing I just want to thank Sean for leaving me with a Christmas tooth ache. Difficult when all 6 of my kids with my grands decided to fly in from Belgium and surprise me. Like you could have that many kids who could pull off a surprise. Merry Christmas to Jeanette to who was more confused than I was!"

"Do yourself a favor and do not waste your money here. They filled my wife’s tooth and in less than 6 months they had to fill it again due to problem with the first work. At the time of the second service they said it is the same tooth but then they forced us to pay again. since now they are not in network we had to pay even more than the first time. Now they falsly claim it’s a different tooth. But I guess they needed the $170 more than us, so they are willing to cheat and lie. To make the matter worse, my wife still has issues with the same tooth. Do not get fooled by the nice office and the beautiful fish tank."

"This will be my 2nd review years later and the impeccable service is still the same!! Amazing amazing amazing place! Seriously I can’t rave about this place enough. Dr. Cullinan is the BEST DENTIST I have EVER been to. I recommend him to everyone that needs a dentist!! The staff is phenomenal as well! Trust me you will not be disappointed!!!!"
