"BEST Garage EVER!!! I have been taking my BMW here for several years now. I used to go to the dealerships in town because I thought it was "safer", only to get ripped off and think I was getting a deal. Lou's may not have all the glamour and glitz offering free donuts and coffee (lol), but Chris and Jeff will FIX your car and charge you with 100% honesty!!! (I have actually, been told that I "didn't" need to spend the money on a repair that I was falsely told by the dealership that I did. I would HIGHLY recommend! "I have a 2012 Prius and I’m starting to have problems with it. Never fear, Chris and Jeff are here to save the day (and the car). They’re the most honest, trustworthy, and reliable mechanics I have ever encountered. They have been repairing our families cars for well over 20 years and I don’t see that changing anytime soon. Thanks guys. You have always been straight forward with me on my car problems and there’s no reason why that would ever change. If you’re looking for my negative portion of this review, unfortunately you’re not going to find it because it’s not there period.
