I was impressed the way I was received and in a short time I met the Dr who explained me the procedure which has to be followed and Niles Dental Care PC would send my case to Insurance Co to get the authorization.once they get the authorization from Insurance Co then they would start the treatment. "One of the worst dental offices I ever been to. They dental hygienist hurt me and my son's mouth. She had our gums bleeding after the cleaning. We repeatedly told her she was being too rough. If you're Black I suggest u choose another dental office. They constantly had me waiting in the waiting area 30-45 minutes while other people came and left and I'm still sitting there waiting to be serviced. I will never ever go back to this place. They're horrible and I hate that I ever made any appointments with them. Never again. The dental hygienist seems racist and likes to hurt people's mouth. I should open an investigation on these crooks."

"They're the best! Other dental offices with high reviews on Google turned me away with a severely cracked crown to wait 1 week for prior authorization approval before touching my tooth. I was in agony. The dentist here at Niles Dental Care PC is the only one that cared enough to repair my cracked crown as we wait 1 week for the prior authorization approval and the new crown to arrive. The dentist said the deeply cracked tooth is a choking hazard that could fall out while sleeping. The whole staff is amazing! Thank you."
