"From first contact until the end of my trip, Abby was friendly, helpful, and quick with her communication. Since it was my first cruise, I had tons and tons of questions as did Abby. Before even giving me a quote, she made sure we were both on the same page with expectations for the trip. After that, she didn't just give me a number, she sent me a fun video detailing each of the ship/trip options that fit what my mom and I were looking for. After choosing and putting the deposit down, Abby was also timely on payment reminders as well as information about travel insurance if I wanted to buy it. My mom and I LOVED our cruise. "Abby was fantastic in helping us plan our first trip to Walt Disney World and Universal. She was thorough in explaining our options, while staying within our desired budget. We needed assistance with an electric scooter while there and Abby was also able to get this all set up - one for the first half of the trip and one for the second half - with both waiting for us on arrival to the hotel. She was so great in answering all of my silly first timer questions and was available even when I had a question while in the parks one of our days!
