"Well I've been trying for a month playing phone tag with someone... I tried to call the company directly and there is no answer and the mailbox is full... Must be nice to not have to answer customer calls."

"Just do yourself a favor and book directly through the hotel. Slow to respond, opaque website, and little to no listed terms or conditions. Remember this is a commission-based industry so their interests are self-serving. If you have to book through them, be sure to buy the travel insurance. I had to cancel a booking 10 days out and was penalized 100% after being told: “Let me email to the hotel to find out whether there is smthg can be done. Please stay tuned.” I followed up asking for clarified terms and conditions with none to follow, aside from this email: “This is a group booking cancellation policy, FYI. We are keeping the reservations. ”"

"My partner and I were visiting his family and we always wanted to go and experience an evening at Departure Lounge. From the moment we stepped out of the elevator on the 15th floor our evening began with the great decor and the warm welcome from the staff. We got our cocktails and stepped out on the patio and enjoyed the skyline of the city. There were eight in our party and we had a Beautiful booth. We decided to just get small plates (a lot) and every plate was just an unbelievable experience from presentation to taste. The service was also excellent. Big shout out to the chef, amazing!!!!!"
