"I've gone to the Bourbonnais location for 5+ years and never disappointed. Friday 8/11/23, I called for an emergency appointment to get a flat tire fixed. Got there 15 minutes from the time I called. The service desk greated me, and got paperwork going. The repair staff pulled my vehicle in within 10 minutes. 30 minutes later, my car was pulled up to the front with tire fixed and installed.The service desk thanked me for coming there and I was on my way home. I got there on short notice and the service was excellent. Thank you Goodyear for the staff at this location. Always meet expectations!"
