"Meineke was an a Excellent place to get my exhaust system installed. Amber was in the office and I listened to her take care of other customers. She is very knowledgeable and shows real concern for their customers. She took the time to explain to one customer the items that needed to be fixed. She prioritized them so the customer could afford to get the work done a little at a time and the list was properly prioritized by the most important to least. I admired her efforts. Another customer came in for an oil change and she notified him of an issue KIA cars are having with engines that burn excessive oil. She printed out a warrantee from KIA about the issue so he could followup with the manufacture to get the engine replaced. Outstanding work."
