Which I’m quite surprised because it’s normally so full it’s falling apart. I also just realized I said no Mayo and put ranch on it. All I taste is Mayo"

"I’ve been going to this subway for quite some time as it was one of the best I’ve been to but today 12/3/23 I was terribly disappointed. I usually get the rotisserie chicken sandwich and it’s great! Today I noticed the chicken was already measured out into small cups instead of scooped up like normal but I didn’t think much about it until I noticed the girl making the sandwich having to move individual pieces of chicken to cover the bread (which didn’t get covered no matter how much she tried). I almost feel robbed and after spending over $60 today and feeling this ripped off I will not be returning. Poor management decision"

"Service & Atmosphere depends on who is working. If you can only go in the evening and you want good service, only go to the Hillsboro location on Wednesday or Thursday night. That is the only 2 nights that the rude couple (as in a relationship) aren't working there. I find it shocking that they have not yet been fired. I have gone there for years and have witnessed them both being so mean to customers. The girl, I will call her "K", berates people for their choices of ingredients on sandwiches and laughs at them when they don't take her suggestions. She talks bad about customers, to other customers, loud enough for everyone to hear. The guy, I will call him "J", treats people like they are an inconvenience to him & will quote company policies that don't seem legit, like you can't choose what you want on sandwiches. The Wednesday & Thursday night employees are absolutely amazing but I have heard rumors that some might quit if they don't get more hours. If this happens and there are only new employees, on the only 2 nights that the hateful couple doesn't work, I will be going in zero nights. Why give most of the evening hours to the 2 people that shouldn't even have a job there at the risk of losing good employees and more customers? I would go during the day if I could. Surely, I can not be the only person who has noticed the unprofessional attitudes of K & J. They need to go."

"Great food and great service but the workers really should park along the street and leave the parking spots in front of the building for the customers. The guy working behind the counter wears old Subway shirts and I don't think he's had a new shirt in years. The shirts that he wears are full of holes, stains and stretched all out of shape. It really looks terrible in front of the customers. And he needs to clean off the dog hair or whatever the hair is it's all over his clothing before preparing anyone's food. His clothes are always full of hair and it's disgusting. And some of the workers act like they don't want to be there or have a chip on their shoulder."
