"Excellent!! I cannot thank Casten body shop enough for their help. I recently used them on a whim after seeing their send in a photo estimate sign. My car had been side swiped and had multiple scratches. I sent in the photos using their very user friendly online option, all I had to do was take photos of the damage and send it in, super easy and helpful. In the notes I stated that I didn't care much about any dents or anything I just wanted the scratches off and to see if anything actually needed fixing. Mike responded back within five minutes. He told me we could replace the panels if I wanted and quoted me a price but said that if I wasn't concerned, they were happy to just buff out the scratches and put a little paint on for me. I really appreciate his honesty, I know nothing about cars and he could have easily pretended replacing panels was essential and made a quick sale but chose instead to act with integrity. He stated I was welcome to come by anytime. I went in that day and was immediately helped by Ruth who was very kind and efficient. She got Branden to help me and he was able to remove all the marks and place some paint on the scratches. I'm so grateful for everyone's help and honesty.
