"Dr Francis, Joy and Sandee are extremely friendly and professional. They try to be accommodating when I've needed to be seen on short notice because of a problem. The office is clean, they don't overbook, and they've got a great reminder system for my appointments. When my insurance changed five years ago, I wasn't sure I'd be able to find a new dentist I could be happy with. Well, I'm happy here, and I would recommend Dr Francis and staff to anyone! By the way, the office is not fancy to look at from the outside... there's no dancing teeth in the windows or giant toothbrush out front. They're at the end of a strip mall and the sign above just says "General Dentist" but don't let that stop you from going in and giving them a chance. They're one of those hidden gems that will pleasantly surprise you!"
