"Beautiful surroundings just wish every guest got same quality stay. Listing allows things to fall apart through the year, neglecting repairs till the off season. Even communal spaces for all guest to enjoy were in disrepair. There's no way of knowing what your getting till after you book the nonrefundable listing. Customer service is also lacking here."

"Falsely selling trips on Groupon. Wouldn’t answer phone and message said “due to high call volume”.... blah blah blah. Went on website and no help there so I drive to the address that is 45 from my home and their address is a Real-estate company and they’ve been there over six years. Best travel Texas was never there. This is a complete scam and they don’t even exist. No one around their address heard of them. Would give a negative 5 star but that’s not an option. SCAM ALERT."

"I reserved one Cabana 3 weeks ahead for Son's Island, but they called me two days before going there to cancel my reservation because there are not enough guests on that day(Sunday). They ruined my weekend because I called many of friends for that. Never plan with them again because of their bad customer relationship."

"I recently stayed at River Road Treehouses and my family and I had a wonderful time. After a 6 hour car trip we arrived and were having trouble finding where our Treehouse was, but the staff was happy to assist. Even though it was 7pm we were able to reach management on an afterhours phone, after they helped us find our cabin they happily gave us some recommendations on fun activities in the area. We had an amazing weekend and will definitely be back!"

"Hands down the worst vacation experience from any rental company I ever worked with. I WOULD NOT recommend this company to anyone. Prices advertised online with a known technical issue would NOT be honored. Property company is darn near impossible to get a hold of anyone regardless of communication i.e email and phone. Workers on site both cleaning crews and work crews building cabins don't even follow policy for the property of quiet hours from 11pm-9am. Yep you guessed these people started hammering away and yelling before 8am. Not only is the property management company difficult to get someone to respond to you when they do they're unprofessional, rude and hang up on you. If you value your money time and energy DO NOT stay here. Good luck and I hope this helps."
