"I will never go to a different dental office ever again!! As you walk into their facility, you are welcomes by the kindest women that sit at the front desk. They have helped me deal with my complicated insurance issues and do it with a smile each time :) Now for the hygienist team as well as the wonderful doctors at Hamilton lakes. I truly cannot rave enough about this team of women. They are very knowledgeable of each thing that they do and take me step by step through it all. I always know to trust them as they always keep my best health in mind. The quality of their work is unmatched and that is why I drive all the way from the city just to have them take care of me and my teeth. It is %1000 worth it! I also have grown up with a severe needle fear (I am 23) and within the past two years that I have been a patient here, I have finally began to overcome my fears. Even though the practice is a round trip 90min drive for me, I don’t mind because they are truly JUST THAT EXCELLENT - the level of care they deliver and their bedside manner makes the commute SOO WORTH! The staff is fantastic, so personable and delightful; the environment is clearly a positive work place and thus has a good energy to it; the doctors are the best dentists I’ve ever had in my life. They are so skilled and I know I’m in such good hands with them. Whether it’s a standard cleaning, complex dental procedure, or if you have TMJ jaw complications (like me), Hamilton Lakes Dentistry is hands down the best! My family has had some complicated dental issues that have been taken care of really well. They do a great job making you feel at ease and educating you on options. They offer the latest and greatest treatments--but I never feel pressured. And they are very upfront about fees and how insurance may or may not apply."
