"My visit to Grayslake endodontics was probably one of the best if not the best dental experience in my life. The staff was very personable and pleasant and accommodating. Having had multiple root canals, 1 of which was botched, I never like to hear that I need another one. But Dr. Max is spectacular. He's almost too nice to be in the dental industry. More importantly, I felt absolute no pain & the instruments he used were state of the art. No high-pitched screeching and no whole-body vibrating drills. Seriously, the sound was just above a whisper. In fact, if Dr. Max didn't communicate everything he was doing every step of the way, I would have had no idea he was performing a root canal. I didn't feel a thing. The added bonus of being able to watch a couple episodes of Seinfeld on the overhead TV reduced the apprehension and stress to zero."

"Grayslake Endodontics is 10 out of 5 stars from start to finish. Every person in the office is compassionate, skilled, and competent. Dr. Max did an excellent job on my root canal. I experience a high level of anxiety with dental issues, and everyone was so kind and compassionate. Dr. Max called to check on me the following day and his staff checked in the day after that. I had no idea that getting a root canal could be a good experience. This was my first time at Grayslake Endodontics. I hope to not need more endodontic treatments, but will absolutely go to Dr. Max if I do. You can trust them for yourself and your family. The rates were very fair. They accepted my insurance, as well. My insurance paid more than expected and they issued a refund the same day. I'm beyond impressed. I'm so thankful that a friend recommended them."
