"After being quoted $319.00 a month for enrolling in auto pay I agreed to the policy. My first autondraft was $333.00. Now I can't get a call back from Jessica or her co worker. Watch out for the bait and switch! UPDATE ...I called back and was informed that the price was increased because I did not get the home owners discount. The agent did not ask me for proof of homeownership. I submitted proof of ownership today. Now I'll wait to see if they will honor my original quoite. I'll update after my next payment. Customer service rep was really nice and told me he would credit my account for the overcharge. I hope they will honor my original quote. I'd hate to look for another ins company."
