Food was amazing Staff was sitting outside the bathrooms using horrible language in front of customers was really happy to see that And the girl at cashiers desk on her phone Seems poorly managed but things are changing in the customers service world these days. "I highly recommend going to a different Buffalo Wild Wings. I’ve had quite a few bad experiences at this location but tonight was unacceptable. I first called to place my order and no one answered. I then called again and the girl who answered had an attitude. When I had got there the girl at the front who looked like a manager took my food out of the warmer. I asked for my ranch and she said it was in the bag. It had been in the warmer with the food. So warm ranch… I then get home to eat my food. I got boneless wings and fries. I had asked for my boneless wings extra wet because I have gone a lot and my wings come out dry. This time it looks like they put my wings in the box and just poured sauce over it. The wings were also very over cooked. The fries weren’t bad but I had asked for a side of hot bbq. I had received Wild instead. Very different from hot bbq. Lastly I believe they didn’t answer the first time calling because all of the employees were sitting in a booth eating. It looks very unprofessional. I will not be returning to this location."
"The bathroom needed to be cleaned as well as there was tissue on the floor and the garbage can was full. Also my table prior to me being seated. It wasn't bad, but it was wet and the server put my menu in the liquid."
