"My daughter is 11 and had a great experience (as always). The staff is super nice and knowledgable. Our family uses this practice regularly and have no complaints."
"My wife had a dental exam and cleaning And they advised deep cleaning of the teeth. After the deep cleaning was completed over 3 visits, suddenly gaps in some of the front teeth appeared. And the gaps caused the teeth to look ugly. Not only gap, but teeth show some deformities. When we went back to show the dentist, and during discussion, the dentist started to justify such gaps can show up after the procedure. My response was that why was the patient not informed about such risks before the procedure? Critical information that we needed to know before the procedure was not given to us. And now the teeth look ugly. Instead of taking responsibility, the dental office is trying to skirt the matter. I had payed close to $1000 from my pocket and now the dental office has not yet resolved the issue. Id urge the office to take responsibility and take appropriate corrective action to resolve this issue."
