Very gentle with her treatments, and explains everything to you stage by stage. Laura is informative, high skilled and just really cares about her patients. If you need dentist that will take care of you, make Dental Care of Wheaton a priority!"

"I've been a patient at Dental Care of Wheaton for a few years now. My dental hygienist Laura is absolutely fantastic. Laura has always made me feel welcome and comfortable and she does excellent work. The day I had a Tuesday appointment scheduled a while ago, the office texted me about an hour before it was set to start stating that there was an emergency and my appointment would need to be rescheduled. It's now over a month later and nothing has been rescheduled. I've received two texts saying an opening has come up on Friday. But I've made it clear I am only available Tuesdays/ Wednesdays. I was willing to let this slide thinking it was an emergency. However, my husband went for an appointment a few days ago and the dentist was away. They went ahead with the cleaning but he never saw a dentist and was charged the same rate. I'm just learning now from reading recent comments that Dr. Eric Hirsch left without notifying patients and there was a massive staffing turnover in May. They didn't even notify my husband about this at his appointment. I'm not too picky about what dental office I go to, but I'd at least like to go to one where I can see a dentist! Sadly, I'll be going elsewhere from now on."

"I am very happy with my dental hygienist Laura, but I’m getting concerned with the employee turnover in all of the other positions. Doctor Shah Seems very nice but he is my third dentist at the Wheaton location in a short time. Also, all of the other people that I enjoyed working with don’t seem to be employed there anymore like Carmela and the previous front staff. I had a 230 appointment on Wednesday, but called around noon with no answer so left a voicemail. I never received a call back. I then called around 130 and nobody answered. I arrived at about 140 because I was hoping to get in sooner and Laura graciously shortened her lunch to help my now changed schedule. It was concerning that there was nobody in the waiting room and the front Desk Representative was not on the phone, so I’m wondering why she did not Answer my voicemail or answer my subsequent phone call. It doesn’t seem like employees are happy And seem to be leaving. I followed Laura from her previous office And if she leaves now I would follow her again. I just want to bring it to your attention that this is not going unnoticed from your customers. Please keep my dental hygienist Laura happy and keep Dr. Shah happy too. I don’t like the employee turnover and some of the new employees don’t seem to be very helpful. Thank you and I apologize for the length of this Note."
