"Starting to visit this dental office a few years ago by some friend introduction, which was OK. but it has been getting worse during years, especial it has some junior Dr. working there, it seems the patient under the Dr.'s training. And sometime it was really worse to be treated carelessly even through. the cost is normally pretty high for patients. Anyway, it is not recommended to visit."

"I literally flew from Boston to Chicago last week just to see Dr. Liu for an emergency root canal because there is no dentist I trust more than him. If you live nearby, you should count your blessings and trust him with all your dental problems and check ups! I have really bad teeth as a result of both genetics and my own inconsistency with dental hygiene, so I've had multiple fillings and root canals done by him and his daughter, the other Dr. Liu, over the last ten years. Seven years ago, I moved out of Chicago, and since then have lived in San Francisco, New York, and Boston. But any time I need a semi-annual check up or I have tooth pain, I never hesitate to book a flight back to Chicago to see him. He does a great job of patiently explaining what's going on with my teeth, and always gives great after-care instructions after a filling or root canal. Obviously going to the dentist sucks, especially if you don't have great dental hygiene like myself, but Dr. Liu is very professional and tries to alleviate pain as much as he can."
